Hello, I'm Leann Gleason.
I own Wexborough, an independent IT consulting practice in Westland, Michigan. I work with businesses remotely, by phone, video, and email.
Why I work independently.
Many businesses have only two choices when they have an IT question: a large provider with a product to sell, or a friend who is good with computers. Wexborough is a third option. It is one person, giving a direct opinion, with nothing to upsell.
I start by asking questions and looking at how your business really works. Then I tell you what I would do in your position, and why.
Wexborough is based in Westland, Michigan, and serves clients across the United States. Everything is done online.
How I approach the work

- If I cannot explain a recommendation simply, I have not thought it through yet.

- I want to understand what you already have before suggesting anything new.
- Honest limits
- When a question belongs to someone else, such as a specialist or a vendor, I will say so.
